2 for 1 coffees.
That it?
No discount on food?

2 for 1 coffee or free upsize.
I purchase the membership in 2021
Whenever I use the card towards coffee ( 2 for 1 deal) they always make some excuse or it is not valid
I had the same experience in 2019. Too many conditions and exceptions (days of week etc) and left me feeling pissed off.
Used it twice and gave up.
it never happened to me until this national day and I assume it is reasonable to reject that on a public holiday.
Since scared to go in and sit down to have a cuppa, I tend to just go 7 11 $1 coffee
Is this really good value? Seems like sunk cost fallacy I.e. You pay a reduced price to buy a membership then feel obliged to get good value out of it i.e. Spend more money to buy lots of 2 for 1 probably subpar coffees depending on location.
Better to spend the same money on local freshly roasted coffee beans? Or a better coffee machine setup etc.
TightArse got 192 up votes for the same post last year. Curious to see if this identical bargain gets anywhere near that many up votes.
I’m a simple man. I see a TA post I updoot
Updoot you say…
Actually pretty good value.
It is 2 for 1 coffee, whichever is more expensive. Also gives 10% rebate credit when purchasing food.
They renewed my membership which I forgot to cancel yesterday, any chance I could get a refund?
I was in the same boat. I emailed them saying I didn’t get a chance to cancel and they refunded me in full and even left my membership valid until 2023. Was not expecting them to keep the membership so that was a bonus.
Thanks, i'll give it a go! Like others have said, never got to use it because they gave excuses
This is a bargain. I get it every year. Paid itself off in 2 weeks.
I remember these were free years ago and I still didn't use it
Have they changed the payment system? I previously recall being able to renew while having an active membership and being able to apply promotional codes. Now when attempting to update payment details I'm taken to the payment provider's site (Stripe) and only given the option to "Renew plan", with seemingly no way to enter a code.
Had the same issue, went through this link:
https://coffeeclub.com.au/loyalty
If you scroll down, there's an option to renew your membership. Just got to put in your usual account details (although it looks like you're making a new account).
Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I end up at the same Stripe page that only gives the option to renew the current (active) membership at the full price. Guess I'll let it lapse and see what options are available then.
I had similar problems as some others trying to use a discount code initially, but that link from jlon27 worked for me in the end. I had to remove my credit card that was registered with TCC first, before I could get it working. But note that the TCC site will only let you remove the credit card, once the period which you paid for previously elapses. After that, when I tried to renew, it would go to a page where you can enter in a new credit card number, and also any discount code.
i like 7 11 coffee.
how good are these compared to 7 11?
Coffee is ok and yes not a budget coffee, but I like having the option to pay half price when we are in a shopping centre and you can sit down and relax for a bit. Only annoying thing is it's only for hot drinks so just be aware.
I think nowadays iced lattes are also included in the "buy one, get one free" offer for members.
It seems like, if the current membership is still active, we can't apply this discount. I couldn't find any place, where we can enter the discount code mentioned here.
worked for me!! Thanks OP.
What does the membership actually give you?
