I am battling with zavvi currently with three seeprated sets that arrived damaged. One box had a 20cm hole in it that had another Lego set packed on top. It would have been packed with the hole in it. If you collect boxes too, never go with zavvi. Never
I'm having a disaster of a time with them too. Order 2 lego Tumblers from the US store and they haven't shown up. They can't give me any tracking details and there excuse is that the warehouse is new. Bought one from the Australia website instead now and it's taken over a month…
@BraydenF: Had many problems with them - but take note that even without the tracking details, one of mine arrived months later (in damaged condition).
Mine too!! I bought the Bugatti set on Nov 10 and arrived on 23 Dec with water damages to both the outer and inner boxes (I refuse the goods). During that 1.5 months, I have contacted CS for 3 times, 2 times they said will follow up and the other time pissed me off completely as the CS replied "It is still within our delivery time frame ( that was when I emailed them on 18 Dec) so basically all 3 times with no action/follow up by them. Raised a dispute with Paypal on 18 Dec telling them I can't wait any longer as it is for Xmas and their delivery times in only 14 days. But Paypal won't care about the delivery time frame….so let me just get to the end….. I eventually got my refund after showing PP the tracking (return to sender) on Jan 14.
This was the first and last time I buy from Zavvi. I won't be buying from them anymore….it is not a fun experience and I only bought it from them due to 15% cashback from CR, otherwise, they are not cheap at all with a high chance of 2 month delivery time and damage box!!
Yep. Unless they return the delivery option from the US and UK storefronts where the real deep discounts were. And you are ok with the delivery times and also ok with potential box damage.
