Thanks OP. At $13 can't go wrong, plus only $5 delivery. I've been looking for new scales for the last few days.

plastic not glass weighing platform ….
What do you mean? That it's made from plastic? I'd rather it was as it's more durable in terms of putting things on it. And it's lighter to.
some scales have glass tops, doesn’t scratch …..would you want a mobile phone with a plastic screen , probably not because it scratches, so why would want plastic to
on your scales …..clean incorrectly and you have scratches across the display ….my soehnle have glass, as do my kmart scales …..
I'm still weighing up where I need one….
The scale is good, been using the same one for years now. But i don't remember them being so expensive at $39.95 even at full price. It was more like $25 when I got it a few years ago.
