I have 2 accounts, only the brand new account received confirmation of purchasing on petbarn boxing Day promotion.sent 2 enquiries, no reply.

Have combined the previous average 10% cashback with friends for life deals on the aqua one horizon set, as well as (if you’re lucky) spend and save. (Spend and save not always available but check your email if you’re signed up).
If they all line up you get a good deal!
Agree. The 182 with the newer stand is not a bad tank for the money.
Seems to be the usual dodgey shopback promo. Advertise 30% when it's really 25%, then stiff people by not tracking.
YMMV but SB are nowhere near as reliable as CR. Neither is perfect.

For what it’s worth… just received equivalent of 25% pending cash back on dog food purchased just after 4pm.
How long does it take to get the cash back traced?
They says allow up to 2 days. I ordered at 8PM and got a tracking email at 4am. Previous time the tracking was within 30 mins so it can fluctuate.
Still no tracking for me. Order made around 7.45pm
My order from 7pm tracked at 30% ex GST at around 5am this morning so hopefully they are correcting the mix up!

It seems they fixed the percentage of Cashback. I had an order which got around $18 Cashback, but not it shows around $21 in the system.
Says 4pm to 10pm in my app. How weird
