not 1x fan.
Dual fan I think
Meaning it cost twice the price of RRP. ;)
Comparing to past generation card, what's this one is equivalent to? 2070 super?
Probably the 2070, the 2070 super is a little better I believe.
Damn even at this price?
Yeah the market is broken. Completely broken.
@djmm: I got lucky. I bought the MSI Gaming X Trio 2070 super for $720 in November 2019 during Balck Friday.
Just a tad over the 2070
I use this which is relative to 3090 performance so it's not perfect but good benchmark.

What's MSI stuff like?, have never used them before, better then eVGA stuff?
I've had an MSI mainboard and multiple GPU units over the years, never had an issue. Almost wish they'd die so I could upgrade again. But not at these prices :).
I am sure is way better than Gigabyte
Prices seem to be getting a bit more reasonable.. MSI good quality.
My MSI RTX 2060 super seems to be still doing the job nicely (not a hardcore gamer but considering got it for $500 not about to upgrade).
You could sell your 2060 super for $800+ used and put that into a new card. These insane prices start to not feel so bad if you're upgrading from a decent GPU. The 2nd hand market is just as screwed as new. If not more.
Yeah could do but a 3070 /3070 Super would still be $1000 at least I think. Maybe before tax time :P
Still like the form factor, just got a meshify C so prob can't fit a 3 fan jobbieIt's a great card for any gaming I'd do and hasn't missed a beat for desktop wfh use (cad and modelling), if I still had a new Asus rx580 8GB that was $200 I'd probably sell the 2069 super but returned it around the same time.
I didn't neg ya btw
Yeah it' still a decent card. If you're happy with it all good.
ya kinda confused with the neg lol. Not sure what part I said pissed someone off.
You'd be scratching your head if this was the normal price for a 3060.
I've got the 3060Ti 8GB version of this card, it doesn't get too hot at stock clocks but the card has poor overclocking support and the fans don't spin very fast maxing out at 2500 RPM
Hope that's not with all branded 3060Ti's,. Gigabyte AORUS 3060Ti here, 3x fan setup
(just purchased haven't received yet)My vision 3060ti is running an undervolt to 0.875v with an overclock to 1820Mhz. Lowered temps hugely and increased performance.
Stock it runs extremely hot and although runs well, does seem to have lower boost clocks due to this
Aorus one should do even better as vision is only a 2 slot cooler
Note: only using for gaming.
Not a single mining question? Miners … toughen up
Wait until another Crypto crashed, the market will be flooded with 3070/80/90 tec..I will definitely not be buying those 2nd hand card.
Probably buy at 25% rrp and resell in 3 years for 5x profit 🙃, but hey… inflation would eat up the profit with all the money printing going around
How would one know which is which?
Anyone read this,..
Mortifying GeForce RTX 3090 Ti and RTX 3050 listed retailer prices suggest consoles or laptops might be a smarter purchase
https://www.notebookcheck.net/Mortifying-GeForce-RTX-3090-Ti…Laptops aren't as good performers I thought
But agree, good getting something that includes a gpuThe thing with gaming laptops is the jet engine noise.
Yeah pretty pointless running flat out and noisy af
Ethereum drops over 20% and this is somehow at around 80% markup? Go away.
