      Apparently, Samsung doesn't even do IPS.
      They do some imitation of it called SuperPLS (heh super please)

  An average price to be honest, not really a BARGAIN. Especially seeing that IPS panels are entering the spotlight at this size monitor. More acceptable as a TV (tuner, multiple inputs, controller, etc) not a monitor with no IPS. Prices on TF panels LED or not are plummeting.

  i've got one. nice screen but its a bit of a prick to use because it uses that touch bullshit instead of real buttons. still, nice 24inch monitor for the price i got it at (i think i grab it off a guy brand new for 150$).
