  • Good price according to camel. 810 lumens but it seems the RGB ones are all similar (need to get my mindset changed that all globes need to be surgically bright).

Pulled the trigger to give it a go as have other Meross products. Am sure these will all be $5 soon as the price keeps tumbling.

  • so one bulb is $20? it has option for 4 of them for $40, thats a much better deal

    • Pack of 2 for $19 ish. See the description.

  • +1

    Thanks OP for sharing

Note this is the non HomeKit version:
    Style: ‎Non-homekit

  • Anyone know how these stack up against the $12 connect smart ones from Harvey Norman?

  • I've never owned an RGB bulb before, what is the colour reproduction like? Is it going to bathe the room in blue or red, or is it just a tint?

    • +1

Like most, it only specifies lumens for white. Coloured is far, far dimmer.
The Hue or LifX colour bulbs are a bit better, but $$$.

An alternative is to get RGB striplights with a wifi driver. Some can be quite bright.

      • Thanks mate, cheers for explaining

  • Wifi? Tuya based? Can it be reflashed?

    • I'm not sure the meross are tuya based. Everything else I have from them is not tuya.

  • I’ve got an arduino. Is it hard to program a light like this?

  • Bought one pair before Xmas. 1 bulb died totally 2 days later and the 2nd one stopped connecting to wifi even after reseting it couple times and having it next to the router. Returning to Amazon.
