  HarbourISP is absolute garbage. Avoid like the plague. Myself and a few friends have been with them and their service is trash.

  • Congestion
  • Drop Outs
  • No aussie call centre
  • Crazy wait times on hold
  • 12/24 month contracts
  • No trial periods

  Yuck.

  Just go with a decent ISP like Aussie BB, Exetel, Launtel or Leaptel.

  I signed up with leaptel last month, service has been excellent so far.

  They are having a better deal at the moment, no joining/activation fee, no month-to-month contract fee and also $10/$20 off depending on the plan you choose.

    I have been with them for years now. Absolutely amazing. Any issues i have had they sold within hours of reaching out to them.

  Used to like them, however their customer service team has fallen down the drain and they don't even care that I am experiencing issues with my contract ending soon.
