    Nice, snagged an X-T4!

  • +1

that is a very good price the X-T4

  • Haven't seen any Fujifilm cash backs, are they no longer doing it ?

  • +1

My order from many months ago still not arrive yet as they got no stock. It happens every time I placed an oder during sale. Just beware if you need anything quickly.

    • +1

If it’s a Sony item, check the same item on Sony web site, good general indication of what’s in stock in Aust, or back ordered and how long.

      • +1

No it's not Sony items. Generally stores would email client let them know they out of stock and waiting time. But not with digidirect. Zero communication for few weeks until I have to call and ask. Then they tell me they got no stock.

        • Agreed, they don't display what's instock vs not in stock.
I've cancelled orders with them before because they didn't inform me and couldn't give me a date. Was a slow PITA to get my refund too.

    • Hard to be sympathetic when every deal from this seller has someone saying this, which you can add to the pages of complaints on Whirlpool……and yet, people still buy from them.

      • +1

Not looking for sympathy with my comment. Simply point out to someone that their order might not arrive on time. If a same deal on Amazon AU, I’d choose Amazon instead. Will I still but at digiDirect? Sure. But only no other options.

  • Anyone has any experience with Tamron 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD for Sony FE? It is $1529.15 with the 20% off.

    • +1

Yup, great lens. Can't remember what I paid though.

      • Thanks. This lens would complete the focal range in my collection.

      • Lucky last! So glad I didn't buy the lens until now. Digidirect has reduced the RRP of this lens to $1,799 and also doing a last minute deal with 5% extra on top of the 20% discount. I bought mine for $1,367.24. Hoping my cashrewards (2.8%) registers too.

  • Paid by Crypto.com card (cash back 3%) + Cash Reward 5% bring it further down to one of the lowest price of the XT-4

    • Used cash rewards, that savings will go towards buying a small rig.

  • have sale prices started yet? i cant seen any discounts on dji items.

  • Thinking of getting Fujifilm 16-55mm f2.8. I already has the 18-55mm kit lens. Is it worth upgrading?

    • +3

Yes. If you have money and don’t mind the bigger size

    • +1

It depends on your main use cases. If mainly used for travelling and lightweight is a criteria, no need to upgrade. If you want to use in low light or shooting people/animals/objects where nice bokeh is a criteria, then yes go for the faster F stop zoom lens.

    • If you really need a zoom, then go for it.

To be honest, i'd put the money towards primes (ie: 33mmf1.4 or 18mmf1.4).

  • Nikon Z6 + NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S Lens $2,399.40 not bad

  • Hmmmmmmm, XT4 is a mighty fine price…. might be time to upgrade from my XT1

  • Price match Sony A7r IV at Sony, to take advantage of both Sony $500 cash back and CR's 10% cashback @Sony today, for an unprecedented sub $3000 net out of pocket. $2975.45 to be exact. More if you use ANZ VISA (11% cash back).

  • Just got an email that the xt4 has no stock and no ETA

    • :-( At that price, it would have gone quick, when did you put in the order?

      • At 25/12 18:00, they gave me the option to continue waiting and offered $50 store credit.

        • That's a tempting deal… With 4% CR cash back, net cost to you is under $1.5K!

  • So, just got an notification from my auspost app that O have a shipment from digidirect. Checked my order status and it's complicated.

Interesting that it is fulfilled especially considering got told no ETA. Oh well, no complaints given a $50 credit.

  • 5% off today. That should bring the price of an A7RIV down to $3,642…less the $500 cashback from Sony makes it $3,142. Not too shabby for that camera.

    • Yes just saw that email for extra 5% off next 2 days, code BYEBYE21. Usually I'd say "you snooze, you lose" but I am glad I snoozed this time! ;-)
Also for the Canon R6 would be under $3K after 5% off, $200 factory cash back and SB 4% cash back!

  • Excellent price on the X-T4
