I was checking 3 camels. I don't see them as any "biggest" promotion material. The ones I checked were cheaper 26 days back. (According to 3 camel of course)

  • Hope the S3000 goes back to sub $600

  • Which one of these are really a deal the R1700BTs are quite expensive RN, have been far cheaper…

    • Yeah, especially considering the R1855DB was ~$139 off Amazon just a few days ago

  • Anyone got any personal reviews with using any of these for a record player?

  • I own the 1280DB and the only complaint is the remote which is utter trash. I believe the newer remotes are better.

  • Which one would be the best bang for buck for desktop computer use? I’m not an audiophile, but it’s getting damn too hot using headphones in summer!

  • So what are the main differences between the R1700BT and R1280DBs besides an extra 24w RMS in the cheaper model? Why would I pay more for the R1280?

Edit: Did some googling and looks like the R1700BTs is the better of the two and usually costs more.
