  • Any reviews on this version vs Philips Hue?

  • Looks like it's still very new. The forum has a few posts with early users having all sorts of issues that haven't been ironed out yet:

    • Funny video review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJbrxI6UlGk
"The physical installation is super straightforward, as long as you're not dumb as a brick … I'm as dumb as a brick." (Proceeds to demonstrate difficulties attaching the LEDs, needing to remove them and then reattach them in a different way.)

(Note: The video is for the Neo 1.4, not the PC Strip Light)

      • OK watched the review I'm going to give it a try. Good quality rgb and it looks like it works as advertised.

  • You can obviously achieve similar results with cheap lightstrips and corner connectors for about 20 bucks. The sync to hdmi feature is nice though and if the software and rgb quality are good then this might be worth considering. Looks like they are responsive on their own support forum so that is promising.

Does it do real white light?

  • got something for a 75"

  • Unsure if this matters for PC but it's likely they don't support HDCP over HDMI so anything using that technology won't work

  • It's coming up as $68 USD with the coupon?

Thats for the 31-42 inch one.

The 17-30" one comes up as USD 59.50 for me.

  • Oops. I totally missed out!

    • Seems the code still works

  • I ordered a 120" but it falls short of my 120" screen
