  1. Citi PayAll offers are subject to eligibility and only available if your account is and remains in good standing. Set up Citi PayAll payment instructions using mobile banking or in any other way we tell you that you can make a Citi PayAll payment. This is an amount you authorise us to pay once or on a regular basis from your account to another bank account held with an Australian financial institution (other than through BPAY® ). This must be not less than 7 days from the date the Citi PayAll payment is set up, and if there is more than one payment to be made, the number and frequency of the payments and period over which they are to be made, you must ensure these details are correct. All Citi PayAll payments and Citi PayAll Fees we charge to your account will be added to the retail purchase balance and the Retail APR will apply to them. Citi PayAll payments are charged at the retail purchase rate applicable to your account and are only available on Citi PayAll payments outlined in the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and Other Important Information. For all Citi PayAll payments set up between 1 April 2021 to 31 October 2022 (the Period), the Citi PayAll fee will be reduced to 0%. Any recurring Citi PayAll payments set up during the Period will not incur the Citi PayAll fee for the duration in which those payments are scheduled to occur. Any recurring Citi PayAll payments set up prior or after the Period will be charged the standard Citi PayAll fee of 2% of the amount of the Citi PayAll payment. This fee will apply to all recurring payments made for the duration in which those payments are scheduled to occur. Please note, there are limits on the Citi PayAll payments you can make in a period. Details of these limits can be found at citibank.com.au/payall-limits . These limits may change from time to time. For the full terms and conditions of Citi PayAll, please refer to the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and other Important Information.

  2. Offer is limited to one $200 eVoucher per Account. To be eligible to receive a $200 eVoucher, you must activate this offer by 11.59pm AEDT on 15 December 2021 and receive confirmation that you have successfully activated it via the linked landing page, and you/or your additional cardholder(s) must spend $1000 or more on Citi PayAll payments each month for three months from 15 December 2021 to 14 March 2022 (month 1: 15 December 2021 - 14 January 2022, month 2: 15 January 2022 - 14 February 2022, and month 3: 15 February 2022 - 14 March 2022). Only funds debited to your Account during each month will count towards the minimum spend. Excludes returned funds and Citi PayAll fees. A $200 eVoucher will be available for redemption by you within 10 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period providing your Account is open and in good standing. You must redeem your eVoucher within 80 days. eVouchers are non-reloadable or redeemable for cash. Please note that if you have a Balance Transfer you will not be entitled to any interest free days on retail purchases. The card that keeps on giving!

  • does this apply for existing users of payall if activated before 14 Dec?

  • so for anyone that already has recurring citipayall over $1000, we just need to click activate and we get $200 evoucher?

    • I think so, doesn’t say if it has to be new payments setup.

Otherwise, no harm if we don’t get it.

  • havent recieived yet.

  • can I transfer to myself?

    • Believe their system will auto reject transfers to the same account name as the card holder.

      • fair enough, how about a partner's account?

        • Believe some have been testing that with success.

I send to an account with my first name and last initial and it works fine

      • +1

your account name means nothing when it comes to routing a payment.

you could make your account name as: vegemite sandwiches and it would still arrive so long as the account number and BSB is correct

  • didn't get the email, what's the subject btw?

“Earn a $200 eVoucher by using Citi PayAll“

  • no email yet

Anyone have the activation link? Generic?

  • No email here

  • Thanks OP - got the email. Is it just balance transferring/splitting your purchases up at 0% fee? in which case just free $200 as long as i get over 1k per month?

  • I dont understand. is payall just a cash advance to yourself? 0% fee, but interest still accrues, right?

  • think i've accidentally deleted this in an attempt to reduce my gmail storage :(

  • Got it on partner account. Pay all is already set up so let's see if we get it.

  • No email here, but I have not used Payall yet.
Maybe this is targeted to those who have already setup a Payall?

    • +1

should get onto the payall regardless! Free money ;)

    • Makes more sense to be the opposite. Why give $200 if they already use it anyway? But it is a Citibank promo…

  • am i eligible if i have a citi transaction account?

  • A 2% fee would apply if you were to set up a PayAll today?

    • +1

No, it’s free until Oct 2022

  • Anyone with Payall already set up get this?

    • Yep. I’ve setup mine prior to the email and received.

      • I couldn't see any trace of the promotion on the website or app. I didn't get the email.. another Citi mystery.

        • Ditto
