Yep, gift cards are not an exclusion in Officeworks’ Price Beat Guarantee, and some OzBargainers had success getting Officeworks to price beat Coles’ current deal.
They wouldn’t price match for me yesterday. Said that 15% off wasn’t a price so they couldn’t match it. Needed something from coles to say $85 down from $100. I’m not sure if she couldn’t do maths in her head or what. In the end I just went to coles, officeworks lost a lifetime customer yesterday.
