    What kind of refurbishments? Unwanted returns or missing items? Or major stuff like broken parts repaired, etc.

      The reason for being in refurb condition can vary (tbh most are no fault found - user error), but as mentioned all units have been fully tested by our technicians and are backed by a 12-month manufacturers warranty.

    Seems like a great product for 2018 but a little more difficult to put into perspective now. Outclassed by the original Sonos Beam for soundstage and that's a much more compact soundtrack. On the other hand, a powered WIRELESS sub…🤔

    I own one. It is not worth $600..but at $199 with Alexa built-in, it is good value. Easy to set up with an app that does nothing after set up. SW is great.

    Wow super fast delivery 1 day from Melbourne to Sydney. Like brand new. Got an original box too (list states no original box). No manual but easily found online.

    Sounds great for what you pay. Couldn't be happier. Recommended for those needing something in place of TV speakers.
