Still not tracked from the Black Friday promo 👻

    • All of my CR transactions have been tracked for Black Friday as well as Cyber Monday, specifically the Catch CR promo 20% as well

      Hi t0087669
Just FYI, that we did not run a Catch promo on Black Friday.
Shopback did however. Ours was Cyber Monday.
Feel free to PM me if any concerns.
      thanks

Cancel and go again if it hasnt been despatched

i had some $15 credit applied from catch to the order. most likely that will go down the drain if i cancel and re-order. Oh well, cant have it all!

Does this work on catch marketplace products, or only things directly from catch?

  • Will this stack with 20% off via Afterpay?

    • Not sure there's a deal for 20% off at catch with afterpay, do you mean eBay?

      • I have a Pulse Reward showing in my Afterpay app for 20% off Catch
Seems that I've acquired points for paying installments on time

    • +2

In my experience using the Afterpay Pulse discounts hasn't affected receiving cashback as the discount is done on the Afterpay side rather than on the Catch side (from Catch's perspective you've still paid full price). That's been different to the Latitude Pay discounts on Catch, which reflect on the Catch side of things.

  • Catch have been sending me spend $60 save $15 offers all week. I'm a ANZ max customer, will catches offer exclude this?

  • The gift card condition is different to the one on Shopback. Shopback pays out on the non gift card portion, whereas Cashrewards invalidates the whole cashback.

  • question regarding CR. Is it normal for transactions have a three month estimated approval? Did a bunch of Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping and while they have been tracked. Says EST approval for some March 2022.

    • +2

My understanding is that if you're under ANZ max, it should be way sooner and the date you see is just a placeholder. If not, then yes, 3 months is usually the estimated approval window.

      • Thank you. Not a max customer.

    • 3 months is on quite a lot of stores. It stops people from buying, redeeming cashback and then returning the item.

      • Fair enough. But it'll be very hard to return the Petzyo food that my dog has gobbled up lol
