      Have you tried a late time slot, or earlier if you're booking for late? It could be that the liquor department isn't open when the shoppers will be picking your order.

        Yeah, usually book any liquor after 12 noon. Also try another Coles or two in your area, as some don't have Liquorlands.

        Once you trial-and-error, these deals are a great regular booze supply

    Doesn't work with the 2 for $35 or 3 for $39 premix deals. If you have these in your cart and apply the code it charges full price before applying the discount.

      Tried multiple locations, generally the good craft slabs are "temporarily unavailable", but as anzacpaul mentioned you can order multiples of the 4/6pks at the higher price.

      My guess is that they've just turned it off so people don't get 20% off certain selections.

      There a huge supply issue on alot of beer and imported goods atm. Hopefully supply picks up soon for Christmas.

        While true for some items, I don't believe that is correct for all the slabs listed as "temporarily unavailable", as the stores confirmed they had plenty of stock of X, Y and Z and I was able to purchase 10+ 4/6pks of X, Y and Z as well.

        I get it, the 20% off makes those slabs probably below cost and this was done to stop that from happening.

    Ordered earlier in the week and went to the store yesterday arvo once I got the sms to go and pick up. Got told once I arrived that my order was cancelled due to a payment issue and left empty handed.

    I've never had a payment declined and the purchase authorisation is still showing on my card. Here's hoping that it drops off so I don't have to try and chase a refund.

    First and last time I will be trying a coles click and collect.

      Wen the r out of stock, they blame to our card, but in actual payment was already authorised before ordering. This week got notifications for out of stock/ payment issue 3 times.
