      Yeah im so annoyed lol. My bubble tea didnt track but my welcome lunch did (but only tracked like 18hrs later). Meanwhile my partner had his lunch and bubble tea track instantly -_-

        Similarly my partner & I bought bubble tea at the same time. Mine tracked & my partner didn’t. Have you emailed shopback re untracked transaction?

          Yeah I have logged a missing cashback claim now, after 7 days as per GYB's comments. That said, my transaction today for this coffee promo tracked immediately!

      Hey, our in-store tracking can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
      It depends on the Mastercard/Visa reporting the transaction back to us.

      If you don't see the Cashback in your account within 7 days, you can submit a Missing Cashback Claim through our App/Website and our In-Store team will chase it up with the card providers.

    Hey guys, check if you need Boost the offer again before using the offer. I boosted around midnight, then the boost disappeared this morning. Now the boost has reappeared but I had to press Boost again.

      Yep I was just going to say. There seems to be a glitch in the system that is allowing any of the in-store list to be boosted to receive the $5 cashback.
