    Great deal. Again tax not included in the cash back so to maximise it you will pay approx. $126 to get $25 dollars back.

    Btw, is there anyone here can't load up the stores for C&C? It keeps having error loading nearest store or can't find a suburb at all.

              20% is just 1/5th.

              $25 * 5 = $125

    • I had this problem yesterday and I called their service line.
      It's a known issue they said and had no ETA on fix.
      However, they explained a work-around. On the drop down for your searched postcode, select others on the list. One at random will work.
      Example for SA, Plympton had an error, Camden Park worked, then you can select nearest store from the list.
      It's like their database is corrupt or only part loading.

      yep, I was keeping an eye out on upsized cashback while that was on, but nothing….NOW we have the upsize. I don't buy from them or First Choice unless there are the 2 together

  • I found a workaround for the click and collect store selection issue. Type in the actual suburb of the store you want to pick up from and it should come up. When I tried my own suburb, it didn't work

    Also getting the "no stores near X" issue - infuriating as this is the perfect opportunity to do some Christmas shopping…

      Not for me. Still not working. What a bunch of idiots, not being able to have something simple like this working.

      • I managed to get it work as per above trick.
        Start with a suburb close-ish to you (in my case I used a store 20 mins away).
        Then work your way closer by typing in the store details in suburbs closer by.
        You'll eventually get there.

        • Location spoofing is far easier, but I shouldn't have to do that.
          Pure laziness by Liquorland, not fixing this promptly.

    • Had tracking issues with SB lately. Support did not help. Best wait for a 30% cashback from Cashrewards.

        Agree totally. Somehow its always the 25% and 30% that they cannot track, but the 0% always tracked. amazing.

          I'm sorry, I don't think we'd be in business if that was the case.
          I can understand if you're frustrated with a case of Missing Cashback, but it's definitely not something we want.
          Sometimes there are failures in the network tracking or customers are ineligible due to clicks.
          We can't say for sure what the cause is without an investigation.

          As I've never had a conversation with any of you, I don't have any of your account info at my disposal to look at.

          • @gotyourback: I have done a lot of transactions through SB and never had a problem. Use your phone if you dont know how to sort browser related issues….

          • @gotyourback: Mine didn't track. Presuming this must be a Liqourland related problem as I have never had a problem with SB and FirstChoice - which I order from regularly - using exactly the same process on my browser. Have just put in a missing cashback claim as had to wait until after 8 December. Problem is I don't know how long it will take to confirm, by which time it may be too late to return the purchase. Usually I just wouldn't pick it up and have it automatically credited - but bloody Liqourland always has worse in-store stock (and prices) than FirstChoice, so had to order this one for delivery. Not sure I'll order from Liqourland again - just seems to be not worth the trouble. All this run-around for $22.50 saving on this transaction just isn't worth it.

          I don’t think I have ever had an issue with SB. Sometimes the tracking is slower than CR, but my SB account is about to tick over $1000 total….

          I will wait for two days and see if mine tracked or not. Otherwise I'm not going to pick up my order and wait for the auto refund.

      I have had multiple SB transactions fail to track in the past few weeks, some of which were for challenges too. Had to raise the ticket and probably will be waiting 3 months for a resolution..

        You might be lucky to get a real response, thier bot Debbie will send you generic messages suggesting to blame you as the fault of not tracking.

        • It looks like you need to shop at Coles the same day (and scan your Flybuys card) to get 1000 points.

    • This flybuys offers runs for another 3 1/2 weeks so possibly another chance around Christmas.
      I may just buy a cheap wine next week to gift to somebody for Christmas.

    • Same here. Ordered 9 50 am NSW. Has anybody's tracked? Does anybody know if you can return free deliveries to a store? Much prefer doing these cash backs as click and collect - easy to cancel or not puck up if not tracked - but bloody Liquorland out of stock in stores of stuff everyone else seems to always have in store.

    • Coles website/ system is a disgrace … Nothing shopback can do about that.

      Don't worry about cancelling, if it doesn't track and you don't collect it gets auto cancelled and refunded anyway.
