I was able to get the Good Guys refund the $80. Did it in person at the store though. You Should be able to get JB HiFi to do that as well.

It's great overall, I consistently getting 500mbps outside peak and 300 during peak. 20ms latency I don't live in their 5G home internet…

Keep in mind that although it has 4 outlets, only 3 are backed up by the battery. The other one is only with surge protect.
