  Is it just me or do Toshiba prices seem a lot higher than other brands for a similar spec? At least on the current sales. My brother works for Toshiba, and he says steer clear of them as well. 3yr warranty is good though worth a few hundred I think.

  Harvey Norman rep was telling me not to buy hp as 50% of hps come back for repairs asus and acer about 25% and toshiba is only 14% so toshiba are better to buy (he didnt have any to sell me at the time though which made him sound a bit more reliable than just pushing a sale)
