Is this good tape for a BDSM, asking for a freind

Think a deal on a jump starter might tickle your fancy

  • i once saw a roll of this for $40 at a freeway service station.

  • I’ve got this and the Bear one. The adhesive on this one doesn’t appear as strong, which may or may not be what you’re looking for.

    • +1

Does the Bear one leave residue?

      • +1

        Only in the woods :)

      • +1

Some residue but easily removeable using the same tape

  • +1

I've bought a few rolls of this and it's terrible for any type of cord management. Nashua runs rings around this.

    • +1

Why would you use gaffa for cord management? Aren't velcro cable ties superior?

      • +1

Sorry what I meant was taping cords to the ground for safety (I work in the events industry). Not sticky at all and 0 chance for carpet.

  • Why am I seeing gaffa tape deals on here all of a sudden?

    • +1

Haha I was about to say the same
I just bought 3 from that other deal

  • General sealing and holding, waterproofing and protecting
Protects applications where high abrasion or wear is expected

This or duct tape then if I'm after these? Can still seem to get the latter a bit cheaper, I think (haven't checked :P)

    • +1

Probably gaffa tape. Gaffa has cloth in the tape to provide more strength. Duct tape is a bit stretchier and almost always leaves evidence residue behind.
