Walked past Subway Haymarket earlier today and noticed this on their window. Not sure why it says it is due to their grand opening when they have been open for couple of weeks now, but regardless, its a good deal to get 2 footlongs for the price of one. The deal is valid from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for today, 30/03/2012 ONLY.

i've been to one of these events before….. not worth it. The line was out the door and staff were pretty slow… people were getting the biggest subs because theyre free…. i walked out. was in the line for like 10 minutes and moved 3 people… This was at the Balwyn North one.
Subway is processed filth thats worse than Mcdonalds.
I wouldn't call it 'worse than maccas' but it's certainly not as 'Fresh' as it claims to be.
Also, regarding your NEG: You don't neg the product, you neg the deal. So if this is a bad price for subway then you can rightfully neg it, but unfortunately it's a decent deal if you were out to buy two subs and a drink. (However it's quite a scam if you weren't.)
What free BBQ in Martin place ?
Martin property in Zetland. The BBQ is on at Joynton park near the Martain property office at about 5pm. Although no one has confirmed the BBQ is on today. You may have some luck calling them.
