      not using the same one, but I would say no.
      these lights are meant to light up the front of your desk (keyboard, mouse area in general) 'only'.
      I need to have a separate light on for the webcam.

      You can disassemble the hinge of the light mount and use double sided tape to secure just the top part of the mount to the monitor.
