Yeah I would avoid them. Ordered twice with them. First order cancelled after weeks meaning I'd wasted a 15 or 17% promotion on a seller that didn't deliver. Second order ended up being cancelled and refunded after item failed to even ship as they couldn't source stock. Took me following up well past the expected delivery date to be informed they couldn't source units and even my emails to them took longer than I'd like to be responded to. Did get refund in both cases ok but by the time my orders were cancelled I couldn't use the eBay codes with someone else.
Two out of two ordered were cancelled, I wouldn't bother unless you're happy to have that potentially happen. Both times I wish I'd just paid a few dollars more to use Wireless1 or someone like that.

Purchased a Ubiquiti 24 Port, they didn't even have it in stock, said wait was a month, which I agreed, a month later, sorry we can't fulfill order
These don't have SSH for remote adoption if needed.

They do not ship unifi stuff, they will make excuses for weeks. Please read the product review reviews - being an eBay sale participant they remove negative reviews on eBay (including mine and 2 other people's).
Company should be in title and should be avoided.
