It is a UK store, so unfortunately it can take 2-3 weeks sometimes when the game is released / bought. I had to wait a month for Skyrim to come.
I honestly can't imagine someone waiting 2-4 weeks for Diablo 3….

The safest way would be subscribe 12 month WOW and get yourself a free D3 account.
I'm pretty sure that costs more then Diablo 3 itself directly from Battle.net
Just be aware, Diablo 3 from the UK might mean you won't be able to play with your australian friends if the software are region locked.

Yay for cheap Steam version. Bought it several months ago and finished the game. Cheaper, better graphics and played very well on PC. Much better than rip-off price on game consoles.

It applies to online as well, I've tried to buy 4 games from "2 for $40" and I only need to pay for $64! Nice week for game shopping, Harvey Norman and now this! YAY
Yeah, it works now. The prices for the 2 for $40 games were still $29 for me earlier but now they're adequately discounted. Got me games now :-)

Some games I wouldn't mind getting at $16 each are Dungeon Siege 3 LE, Vanquish, Just Cause 2, 007 BloodStone, Blur, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (unfortunately no longer available on PS3), and Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe.

Good on JB for getting in on the game sale, but the prices just aren't low enough to make it worth buying anything. I bought MW3 and Uncharted 3 from HN and in JB's sale, MW3 is currently the price I paid for both games yesterday.
as a recent PS3 purchaser this was ok to buy a few cheapies from the 2-for-$40 section (now $2-for$32)…. although i did notice i few of the titles i was looking at the other day were now gone from this section. Sold out or removed… not sure.

Haha cancelled my Harvey Norman order from yesterday and managed to get Final Fantasy XIII-2 for $47.2 at local Jb hifi Bankstown. Still has copies with preorder bonus tin!! Call and they will hold for you!

Thanks OP - had originally ordered 2 for $40 games on Wednesday evening, saw this post Thurs morning and cancelled the initial order. Reordered the same games Thurs morning for $32, got shipping notification Friday noon and had the postie call by Sat morning :)
