      I have two orbit keys, my first leather one bought 2018 ‘died aesthetically’ this year so I transferred the nice metal elements to a second one which is a canvas band (they don’t make it anymore)

      I have the bellroy and my wife has the orbitkey. Depends on your use case:

      I carry 2 keys and a orbitkey multi tool in my bellroy key cover. It sits very flat in the pocket and it is very slim, so the Bellroy one is perfect for my use case.

      My wife has s around 6-7 keys in her orbitkey. It is much bulkier than the Bellroy key cover but it can carry more keys more comfortably.

      Less keys = Bellroy
      More keys = orbitkey

    I backed this when it was crowdfunding, but since then I've moved to another crowdfunded keyring that's similar but is - in my opinion, at least - better in every way. No exterior-facing metal screw, no tensioning washers, Aussie-designed product.

    That's not to say that the OrbitKey 2.0 was in any way a bad product - the person who inherited that from me is still using it every day years later.

      Looks good, would consider them if I didn't already have an Orbitkey. Orbitkey is Aussie-designed too though.

    I had the Gen black leather one which has held up really well over time, i bought the Gen2 because it looked better (leather) but for some reason the leather on the gen2 doesnt last as long. Instead of patina-ing and getting smoother, it gets sticky and sheds its outer layer.

    After this I changed to the ballistic nylon version.

    I probably have about 5 of these things, i find them very handy and they help not to scratch my wallets/phones in the pocket.

      I didn't know there was a ballistic nylon version! Had to search for it on the website for it to appear. Looks good but the blue appears to be out of stock :(

    Picked myself up one in the cognac and got free shipping on it without Amazon prime? Anyone understand why that is? I thought if the total was less than $39 we weren't eligible for free shipping.

    OrbitKey's main site has theirs for $37.20 but will need $50 for free shipping. They still have a lot of the colours available.
