Would you buy $99 unknown camera with unknown capabilities, qualities, etc, while there's cheaper "known brand" camera (Samsung, Kodak) , say, $92 for Kodak C813 from officeworks?
I think it's normal price for "budget camera" nowadays, so I wouldn't call this a bargain..
+1 You regularly see 5MP Kodak cameras in the brochures, which I'm sure would take better pictures than this "8 MP", for well under $100.

The first digital camera I purchased was from Aldi a few years ago. Shocking photos. Don't know if they have improved since then.
I would definitely go with something like the Kodak mentioned above.
I honestly wouldn't consider this a bargain until i see the picture quality of the photos itself, also would not judge how expensive a camera is considered a bargain by the mega pixel it can achieve, all comes down to the quality of the lense and software of the camera
