For anyone wondering what all the references to the TGA mean…

TGA listed - this means the manufacturer is allowed to self assess their claims and has ingredients that are a low risk, stuff that has been around forever and won’t kill you (think gummy vitamins).

TGA approved claims - what they’re allowed to say without getting their arse kicked by the TGA. Doesn’t mean the TGA says it’s true, just they’re allowed to say it. Like how it says “reduce rheumatic symptoms, mild joint pain”, if it said rheumatoid arthritis, which it’s clearly implying, down comes the boot.

Basically this is stuff that might do something that can be sold anywhere and won’t kill you.
