Are these actually that much better than the $100 ones? I've used a $60 Kogan one for almost 4 years now and it's been doing its job.
Just wanted to know if it's worth paying over 3x the price as I want to upgrade now.
I like my cheap one, so curious aswell.

In general an air fryer is simply just an enclosed box, with a heated coil and a fan.
The fan orientation, shape, and perforated tray will determine the circulation of heated air.
The only difference is how evenly/well it cooks through air circulation (convection), digital dials, and capacity.
The temperature in any air fryer should be consistent/stable enough as it's enclosed.
I'm sure your Kogan one is fine, as long as you routinely shake up the food inside during operation.

No idea but I bought this a few months ago. It's pretty damn good. I almost never use my oven now .
Does the non stick coating peel off on this like the kmart ones?? Cheers
