I just thought I would introduce myself and let you know who Viking Jerky is.
Back in 2019 all three of my Friendly Grocer stores were stocking Geronimo Jerky but all of a sudden, we couldn't get stock anymore.
It was very clear, once they stopped supplying the stock, that there was a high demand for thier award winning beef jerky. It was then I approached the Owner and acquired his secret recipe.
Now that we had the recipe, we needed to create a purpose-built fully accredited commercial kitchen for the production of the amazing product. We finished the build and accreditation at the start of the year and Viking Jerky was born.

They've had so many chances here to fix it and everytime it's been the same. Even after they "bought out the other owners" several deals ago. My last lot was very dry and hard to chew.
Fortunately I didn't have to wait several weeks for them to ship unlike most other people.

FYI - These guys (Viking Jerky) only bought the recipe from Geronimo.
I am so confused. Based on what OP posted, it said they started a company in Jun 2021. However, the website said they had 23,450 successful orders and 35 years of service…
Look, it might take a while to arrive but I think it’s pretty decent jerky and the price per kg is better than you’ll find most places.
Geronimo Jerky did run into problems before they closed down, this isn’t the same company.
So has anyone who actually liked the good geronimo jerky (not when they screwed it up by making it too thin and dry) tried this new Viking Jerky? What does it take like?
Tried it and it tastes like the good stuff that Geronimo used to make. Would recommend.
Completely forgot about ordering this last month but I just got an email from Viking now that they're about to dispatch the order via Sendle. So much for 10 business days to get something sent out.
