  Works for me. Still prefer eneloops. The 9v dualpack which i would use for smoke alarms is a good price.

  Rechargables all showing "Out of stock".

  EDIT: Sorry, didn't realise the link was only to Chatswood. Some other stores have stock.
  EDIT x 2: Various stores show "In stock" when you check on the item page, but put them into your cart and they're suddenly "Out of stock". Classy.

    Yes, I was mislead too (didn't realise stock only applied to selected store).
    So we have to go to each store online and check stock. Annoying design…

      In my case if you click on check availability it says in stock, if you add to cart its out of stock. I think their site is buggy. Placed order anyhow will see how it goes.

  The pack of 4x AA-size, NiMH cells are only 2,450 mAh each (bottom of page).

  Compare to:

  We buy Sanyo 2,700 mAh cells of same size for $3 each (incl S+H) from HK.
  (Sony 2,700 mAh cells cost about the same from same vendor)

  We may have bought in Qty 16 (ie, 4x 4-packs).

  The 2,450's don't see much different, and the price appears low;
  if others agree, they won'd last.
