  • Does anyone have one or had any experience with it so far?

    • +2

Yes, comparing to Logitech - it's crap. In general it's ok, but probably 40bucks is still too expensive.

    • I have a mt750 that is coming up to 4 years old now, still working fine

  • Finally someone copied logitech. So overpriced.
Some has this? As good as mx 3?
    Got some weight to it?
    And usb c charging?

    • It was released in 2019 and USB-C was less mainstream then so it's using Micro USB and a cable comes included. It weighs 75g.

  • Rapoo have godawful UI, but the mice work well. They've been copying the logi range for years now, the weak point is always the software, which makes using all the buttons between different programs a real pain.
Sucks to have to pay 3x just for logi's software, but such is life.

Ordered one, had to throw it due to bad quality, clicks were getting stuck. Bad quality control. Different website though.

  • Own one of these, they are cheaply built as expected. It's very light so it doesn't feel nice while using it for gaming. I'd avoid.

Aren't gaming mouses all marketed as lightweight? Less momentum when your doing 1440p spin headshots

  • Have a different model that was keyboard/mouse combo, ended up getting Logitech keyboard and mouse when it was on sale. As mentioned above Rapoo had some bad mouse clicks, sticky keys and the most awful software.

It's a bang for the buck if you ask me.
I have the older model MT750 that I purchased 3 years ago from eBay ($55). Still going strong! Battery life is incredible imho. WFH 10 hours of use everyday, always on and I would only need to charge it every 6-8 weeks. I bet the battery life is even better on this BT5.0 model.

The build quality is good but of course it does not feel as premium as Logitech Master MX series. The forward and back buttons and the grip do feel on the cheap end (plasticky). The mouse also weighs a lot lighter than MX, which makes it feel cheap. But again it does what a mouse does. Clicks well and moves well.
The multi device function works great too, I've been switching on my three devices without any issues.

The only little annoyance I have is that the Bluetooth would sometimes disconnect itself when waking up from idle. I just need to switch off the power button and switch it back on then it connects again. Hopefully this new model would have addressed this issue.

Overall I'm very impressed by its quality, durability at this price point. $40 is 1/3 of a MX3, totally worth it. This is a much better and wiser choice over any cheap end Logitech mice in this price tier.

Lastly I think I would recommend Rapoo to consider changing its brand name if they want consumers to take the brand seriously.

'Rat Poo' isn't really doing any good to the brand.

  • I bought one to replace a dying Logi M950. It's ok for $40 but the $60 MX Master (on Amazon) is the better buy. Sol3x sums it up pretty well. It's just a lesser MX Master in almost every way, though I do prefer the feel of the scroll wheel on the Rapoo.

  • This mouse is now $37.99 with a 5% tickable coupon code, however after getting that $45 Razer Basilisk X wireless gaming mouse I doubt you'd want a Rapoo.

There's also the real MX Master mouse for $60 delivered now.
