I will use this Pagani watch as my daily driver. Looking baller in my Zonda Civic.
Jody from Just One More Watch is pretty down on these GMTs because they're rocking pretty unknown Mingzhu movements. Stick with the models that contain Seiko/Epson/Miyota movements I reckon.
the problem is that there doesnt seem to be a cheap GMT auto movt.
so what ya gonna do? from my experiences the chinese movts are actually quite ok
i go into these actually wanting a chinese movt. as theres so much NH35s etc out there that they get boring.
His reviews of the GMT explorer models are very positive, just with a caveat re the movement being a risk. I saw his vid this week where he says to skip - but seems only due to uncertainty re the movement rather than having had problems. Before he was recommending even with price quite a bit more than this.
I have had this watch a few months and really enjoy it. Running fine and keeping time to within 4 seconds a day - hopefully it will hold up.
cyclops should be better magnification, but I knew that before buying and have been really happy with everything so far. I also agree its worth trying something other than the standard NH35s. I might try a PT5000 next - Tandorio 62Mas is very appealing but out of stock already

Lol… That's a tough choice but would be easier if I had a spare $35k…
If you found a real 1655 for $35k that's a bargain. It's been while since I looked into their values but last I saw they were trading around the 40k mark (from a reputable second hand dealer)
Haven't looked for a while but as always their watches keep going up!
