Max $25 per transaction or per account? Anyway, if at usual 5% I will get only $25 so makes no difference and I am happy as long as it is tracked.

Hi. Difficult for me to comment as to why yours hasn’t tracked. Could be a variety of reasons like non affiliate products, non-commissionable codes, ineligible items, didn’t empty cart prior, CR not last click, Honey or Adblock plug-in, etc. Anyway, after 7 days you can lodge a claim via your click history. As fyi, the $25 cap is per account, not per transaction, so $25 is the maximum cashback. Thanks.
Have you had a chance to find out how ShopBack tracks our purchased items? They immediately identify which items are affiliated with 5% and which are not with 0.5% cashback rates in each transaction. Just a suggestion Cashrewards can try so the users don’t need to guess what is going on.
I did it through the CR app, checked it was an affiliate product (Reolink kit), don’t have Adblock on my iPhone, had emptied my cart before clicking through. Same process with shopback (different item) tracked within the hour so disappointing to wait 7 days before lodging a CR claim

Can anyone confirm if an item is cancelled, or doesn't arrive. Does it affect cashback for the entire order or just for that item?
Its been a week, mine didn't track at all. (had to send in a claim). Did anyone else's purchase tracked?
Same thing happened to me. Sent a claim in on Friday and will see what happens.
I'd be pretty annoyed if it doesn't go through… I made a big purchase too because of the cashback.
Shopback app has faster and better tracking history in my experience. Give it a try next time when AliExpress runs the promotion codes again.
