      I've used s similar strip behind a large monitor and you don't need the L shaped connectors, you can just bend it at 90 degrees and adhere it to the TV. It doesn't distort the ambient light around the edged very much at all, or at least I couldn't see it!

        @bmxr: Yeah I've done that on lots before, it works but it's ugly and they fall away at the corners. Mr Chen is now ignoring me but I've bought jesleds before and they only contain 1 "L" connector. I had thought maybe they had included more now or the 3m ones had more. One "L" connector on a 5M strip is pretty average. I'd be happy to pay more money for these with more included connectors.

        @Abbi: Sorry, I’m just replying to you now. I just checked that our TV light strip does not include the cut points and "L" connectors. I’m really sorry that I answered your question wrong before.
        Because it is not long in itself, we were thinking about decorating TVs, computers and other small-scale use, so it was not equipped, but our other light strips are equipped with connectors because they are longer.

Please can you clarify if you need the app to enable the lights to sync with music from the TV?

The advert on Amazon is not clear i. e. Image says remote can adjust mic sensitivity.

On your 3m product there is the adaptor with mic is this this same for this?

  The 3m bluetooth TV strip lights can synchronize the lights with TV music without using the app. This product does not have a power adapter, but is connected to the TV through the USB interface of the TV.

    Fair enough, pretty happy with the first ones, so I just bought another two. There was a promotion for 5% off if buying two, I wasn't sure it stacked with the 8% or not but it didn't seem to apply, I got some other discount bringing the total to $43.66, so $21.83 each (which seem like 24c off the original price, or 1%?).

  I lifted the pins slightly on the connector so that it was easier to slide the strip underneath, then when it is closed it presses them back down on the terminals.

I can’t connect them to my iPhone, I’ve read the forums and checked that my internet is 2.4ghz etc etc, watched the online videos and still no joy connecting them. Will be returning them unfortunately
