Got 2 x $20 weeks back as they hadn't seen me for a while. But had used 3 x $20 (on those 2 accounts) in August-September.
They keep sending new emails with those & birthday vouchers attached, until they're used or expired.
Even after expiry date, found can be used online!Used both in 40% off sale last week.
But still had 1 of those in yesterdays email. They gave me $20 discount on 2 x $14 thermals on clearance. But the voucher still has $20 on it!Members 30% off clearance sale on now!
But very little left after previous 20% off clearance sales.Going back for 2 thermals (only in store) for total of $4.50 after voucher!!
Great - got thermal long john & long sleeve top for $2.25ea!
But staff had to override computer that wanted more than that with voucher - same as last week at that store!
Again - still have $20 left when applied voucher for a purchase online.
Have 11 days to try again at that store…Kathmandu's version of the "never ending packet of Tim Tams"!!

Used first $20 voucher 3 times over 3 weeks - only on Clearance items with 20 or 30% off. Always in store:
Bought KMD Motion thermals (2 pairs, twice) - not shown online but seen in 3 stores this week.
$70 marked down to $17.50, reduced with 30% off to $12.25ea.
With voucher paid $4.50 for 2 thermals!Used 3rd time on $80 Batu men's shorts (in umber) on Clearance for $30. Size was a bit big but will be fine for swimming with drawstring waist & mesh pockets. (Last one in store.)
Reduced to $21 = $1 with reused voucher![After applying voucher & % off discount, system miscalculates price each time. Staff override it & in the process the scanned voucher isn't applied.]

Went to Kathmandu Outlet store for a wider selection of Clearance stock. They had heaps of stock not available online!
When I've asked about clearance stock at stores, they'd say that's sent to Outlet stores.Warning for multiple use of voucher: Outlet stores probably see more vouchers…
They didn't scan the voucher (requiring overriding price error, which means voucher can be reused) but entered details as would be done with online order… Oh No!Voucher then could still be used once online, but not in store…
Tested in another store for 5th $20 off purchase on that voucher… "this voucher has been used".
Staff member had seen me have the same problem days before, so helpfully replied "Don't worry, we can override it".
Entered "head office code" - $20 off!Still can order once more online with $20 discount.
Used voucher to buy good looking & comfy $130 100% Merino wool long sleeve top for $15 (only in Umber colour, only XS & XXL online. Rang stores until found one with my size.)
Great price for effectively a soft Merino winter thermal (but won't survive rough use like thermals). Good when worn over /under the $12.25 thermals only available in stores - bought 2 sets (long sleeve top & long john) @ $4.50ea with reused voucher.
