Are those vip prices online valid in their stores in SA?
I think it is valid instore if you are VIP member and present related information with membership(membership card scan or cell number to verify) when you pay

They cancelled my whole order except a $0.12 face towel that they gonna charged $13 for shipping. aargh!!!
Was that because of lack of stock? Did Spotlight give you a choice to cancel?
I received the tax invoice for my full order this morning and 20 mins later, received another email stating they can't fulfill part of my order and will refund me. No choice to cancel. I guess i'm the unlucky one :(

Some of mine has been shipped just yesterday afternoon. It is maybe because looking for stock as Sheng mentioned above, but I recommend you to contact Spotlight to check if there’s any issue.
Full order sent through yesterday too, both of them came from SA (where I'm from) but interestingly their own stock system online said the fabric had no stock in SA but it came from Munno Para… I really don't understand how they are still in business sometimes.

TLDR orders are taking awhile I’ve been waiting since 23/10 for something.
Prior to this deal, I ordered something stupidly for Halloween on the 23/10 which was never going to get here in time, it still hasn’t arrived so orders seem to be taking awhile (they also have since canceled the main thing I want, only sending the other thing I bought).
Good Deal OP if all your items were it stock, otherwise you got screwed over. They Sent 2pks of loilles and the main $ item got cancelled due to out of stock. Well their having their loilles back, stuff paying $12+ for 2pks delivered, when it was to just to get over $40 spend.
