  Are you logged in with a free account? Everything is free during every test I did. Access does require registration but doesn't require payment info.

I am logged in using an account.
Says you have access to the entire library for free, but when you try to access a book, it doesn't allow access, and wants you to join up on a subscription ( You're currently viewing a free sample. Unlock with a FREE trial to access the full title and Packt library.)

Ah well. Thanks for posting anyway. Maybe it is because of the time difference between US and Australia.
