Yes, just updated description to clarify - 80GB to use up in 1 month (unless gifted). If you choose to activate on one of the other plans (e.g. 20GB for $25) you get less data but 2 months to use it (by paying an extra $5 for the second month).
Could also potentially use referral from existing user to get an extra $20 credit.
Also note. Belong has data banking which is kept regardless if you downgrade to a lower plan (unlike some other Telstra MVNO). That data still remains as long as you keep a paid plan. So the 80GB or whatever you don't use during the month will bank over to the next month even if you downgrade to the $25 plan or even the $15 plan.
I know because i recently downgraded from the $25 (which i just started with last month upon activation) to the $15 plan and it kept the data bank.

Option 1 (2 Months 83GB) - Activate on the $45 80GB per month plan. Then switch to the $15 3GB per month plan for the 2nd month. The first 2 months cost is covered ($45 starter pack credit plus $20 referral credit) $5.00 will be left over for a 3rd month.
Option 2 (3 Months 26GB) - Activate on the $25 20GB per month plan. Then switch to the $15 3GB per month plan for the 2nd & 3rd month. The first 3 months cost is covered ($45 starter pack credit plus $20 referral credit) and data rolls over every month or can be gifted. $10.00 will be left over for a 4th month on the $15 plan.

In case you're wondering if you need to rush out any buy these, they seem to be regularly on special for half price at Coles. Still have one in my desk from July and another from August. Lifesaver when my NBN died right as I started WFH and the kids switched to online schooling.
On the starter pack it states you need a compatible mobile phone, sim ready tablet(ipad) or mobile broadband device. Suggesting to me that it can be used for mobile broadband!

I think it's a month but you need to use a different email in order to not re-enter your old account.
