    • You can end up with rm williams craftsman boots for as low as $416 od say that's bloody darn good

    Cashrewards, you're obviously Ozbargain's cashback company of choice, but please consider fixing this - 'Exchanging or returning any items will void cashback on the entire order.'

    The Iconic processes refunds on a per item basis anyway so surely there's a way around voiding cashback for the whole order?!

    • Agreed. More than once I've made orders separately to meet the free delivery costs just so I get cash back on separate items. It's a huge pain in the a** and a waste of packaging and delivery labour

      Agree that this would be useful as being able to return for sizing would be beneficial

        Thanks for the tag. This is something that has already been discussed with The Iconic and we hope a change will be made soon at their end to allow this requirement to be revoked. In the meantime, please know you can make separate orders as cashback is capped across transactions (so there's no limit). This way, there's no issue with returns. Just remember to generate a new click each time. Thanks!

  • I can't recall but they are cashbacking the gst excluded value I bought rm williams belt for $105 but cash back was based off $94.45. Is that right?

      My cashbacks have always excluded tax.

    Anyone else purchase not yet tracked? Generally, Cashrewards tracks really quickly, but min hasnt this time around…

    • Same here, a little frustrated as it’s the only reason I pulled the trigger on an otherwise mediocre sale.

      • Well given that there are others in the same boat I’m confident it will track fine. :) I’m done heaps with CR and a the Iconic and never had any issues.

    • Mine tracked instantly. Just pm tightarse if worse comes to worst. He has helped me when I first had issues.

      I purchased at around 8:50pm last night (AEDT) through the app and it still hasn't tracked. Click history has registered so not sure why the purchase isn't tracking.
      I made a separate purchase through Shopback and it tracked within 5-10 minutes.
      If it hasn't tracked, I wouldn't hold much hope.

          Mine hasnt tracked either, I presume it will within a day or 2 hopefully.

          In regards to the negative comments, Ozbargain has gotten so large we also now have some users who are just trolls or negative people in general. I find myself being attacked at times on here whereas back in the days when it started, there was no such thing like that.

          • @lonewolf: I normally don't get anxious if everyone else's tracking doesn't come through immediately but when that isn't the case, it usually means something's gone wrong, which is why I said to not hold much hope since maverickjohn's came through straightaway.
            TA has always been helpful when I had issues in the past, but it's always a bit frustrating when tracking doesn't work despite doing everything correctly.

      Made 3 transactions last night - none have been tracked by Cashrewards.

  • Mine still hasnt tracekd, i think i need to send in a claim and see what happens. Sucks as i had discount codes i would have used if i wasnt going to get cashback :(. Never would have made the order , only madeit because of the special cashback.
