Nothing bad so far for me. I use both. Some people have had negative experiences with both SB and CR, like all platforms.
Besides the breach and lacklustre support there's regular transactions that don't track. While there are some on both of course, seems to be a lot more issues on SB side.
Eg they announced the breach Friday night and then didn't have an automated delete requiring people to wait until Monday to contact Shopback in order to hopefully trust their account could be deleted. Shady business is why I don't use them.
Data breach in past. My details already breached so not much more to lose at present (I think) but still not great…

Learned something else today. Toy on catch was $28.49 but only CR is payable , less the GST component. Target have the same toy for $49, but Kogan also have it for $28.49,

Yeah all seems fine. It's odd that I'd receive an email confirmation of the transaction but it saying it's $0.
that's a system email, basiclly tell you it's been tracked, but for some reason cashback is ineligable. that's why shows 0
Hi @SpiffyTheDog. Did you hit the $40 cashback cap with your first purchase? If so, subsequent purchases will track at $0.

It's been almost a year since I last used CashRewards, thought I'd try it with a very basic Catch purchase. It tracked me visiting the store three times before making the purchase, the final time I literally only had those two windows open and yet I haven't received any tracking confirmation.

I've had the same problem with this promo - click was registered but my purchase wasn't, which meant I've also failed the bonus $5 challenged. Have put in a query about it so we'll see what they say.
I've had problems with Catch in the past, where they've said cashback isn't accepted by the seller, but I can't see anything that would tell me who does/doesn't.
Better contact the rep (tightarse) to see what he can do for you.
