    We're seeing more and more store reps post seemingly crappy 'bargains'… Just because an item is on sale, that does not mean that it's a bargain… No offence OP.

      I do think 'bargain' is a subjective term and because this chair isn't $99, Ozbargain is too quick to write it off as a bad deal.
      High end office chairs like this often sell in the region of $500+, so getting one for $379 incl. GST with free delivery is a great deal.

        So you're aware of the standard expected on Ozbargain. Those $500+ office chairs would also receive the same voting treatment if they were posted, but they didn't.
        As far as I can tell, you have a black office chair just like any other black office chair.
        $20 is cheap advertising for a $400 chair and that's not what Ozbargain is here for.

    I'd recommend and have the Shrike Ergonomic from Jason L for $389 (10 year warranty).
    Can inspect if in Brisbane in their Fortitude Valley office. I also got an email saying you can get $50 off if spend over $200.

    I see this post as an AD. We might as well start putting all the newsletter $10 off discount sites in here, if this is considered as bargain.

      The Chic chair has a 10 year manufacturer's warranty, so if you encounter any trouble with the chair in that 10 year period you can contact us directly to process a warranty claim for you - this is typically a very quick and simple process.

      For change of mind, we are only able to accept products back in their original unused condition – If the chair has been assembled or used, we are unable to accept it back into stock. Returns for change of mind on unopened products can be sent back to us at the customers expense within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the order less a restocking fee.

      Hi shk,

      Similar but different! While the Luminous has a lumbar pad and seat slide, the Chic has 3D adjustable armrests and easy-to-use controls. The Chic's seat is a bit 'cushier' in my opinion, and can go a bit higher than the Luminous'. I find the Chic is just a bit smaller than the luminous, too, so if you're a bigger person that could come into play.
