Do Vans' sizing run smaller than expected? I'm a UK 9 for Dr Martens, but wearing an old pair of Vans in UK 11 and it's a little big, but not too bad a fit. Thinking of going for UK 10s but wanted to know if my old ones were an oddity or that's the case for their shoes now as well.

  Rather I think Dr Martens run big if anything, but for your reference i am UK8 for docs and UK9 for vans so similar to your experience - one size difference

  I size up Vans but I need half sizes and they dont sell half sizes here.
