Return the product and keep the wrapping. Bargain.

  • Assume they are wired? not easy running wire up there.

    • lol wireless would still need power

      • power can be easily taken from roof/attic space. Running speaker wires from floor to ceiling is different process altogether.

Drill a hole in your wall, head up to ceiling, drop cable down, wire other end of cable to speaker.

I'd argue its more a PITA if they've got to be powered, particularly if you want a CoC

          • @ThatYodaGuy: not inside wall you have wooden frame/beam, you need cavity snake into existing power cable holes.

i am not saying it impossible i said it “not easy”

and in case of double story want to see how you do that.

@huu: As mentioned before, grabbing power from eg. a light circuit is easier on a single storey house than running new speaker wire.

I'd probably go a wifi speaker over bluetooth and use something like sonos. Bluetooth range is like 10m in most cases. Annoying if you want to use spotify etc with your phone in your pocket.

Single storey…or with roof access, easy.

    • up where? Perhaps our houses are built differently..
