      You are very wrong. Have a close look please. This is the DN version which is much smaller and ligher than GMs.

  I don't get the negative comments. This is a good price for a great lens! And actually it's pretty light/compact compared to other 85mm 1.4s.

  This 85mm DG DN is a fantastic lens for sony. It's generally as sharp or sharper than the 85mm GM and with less CA, whilst being smaller and lighter, win win.

  But the 35mm DG DN isn't up to standard compared to the 35mm GM, which is fair enough since it's a third of the price.

  I have this lens, I got it for about $70 more than this price during a previous sale. It is such a nice lens. If you're not using an a9ii or a1 and need 30 shots/sec, then this is great.
