  • Very interested, can anyone vouch?

    • As with any cashback deal, there's always some risk that it won't get tracked, but if you follow all the instructions, do's and don'ts on the page, it should track.

I got the full cashback paid out for a 3 year subscription.

      • Will you know if it will be tracked within the 30 days?

        • Estimated approval is 85 days. Read everything on the Cash Reward page before you do anything.

      • I received my $111 cash back for nord VPN yesterday. Nord VPN deal from 31st July.

    • Used it a while ago. Got the cashback. VPN has been reasonably useful and reasonably fast to work around geoblocked services. Don't know how good their logging is, but the AFP haven't knocked on my door, yet.

Got it last time when the deal was on, good performance and definitely worth it for what little you'll end up paying after cashback. Didn't have any problems tracking the cashback either. It was tracked in a few hours I believe. Just don't forget to contact them to turn off auto-renewal and you can also purchase the addons they offer as you'll get cashback on them too.

    • I got mine 18 months back and the link was tracked with Cashback.. Itd worth it

    • Have used this deal previously, got the cashback from CRW without a hitch.
Claim it for work from home, profit!!
Speed is good enough for 4k streaming

  • Comes to $3.41 per month for the two year contract. Have not used before, but getting good reviews online.
    PIA is currently $3.78 + 50% cashback.

    Any recommendations between the two?

    • +1

I would go with Surfshark. More useful features like GPS spoofing for cheaper Netflix sub feend. PIA doesn turn on for me on startup and disconnects for no reason.

      • OK thanks!

      • Is it still working with Netflix after their recent crack down on VPNs.

No regrets here .. vpns work fast for downloads and bbc iplayer .. sideloaded the app to my smart TV and works well
    … And got my cashback

Do they a server in India? Thanks

      • Yes 3 servers in India.. Indore, Chennai and Mumbai

        • +1

Indoor? Been there for the past 20 months :)

  • Been using it for a while, love it!

    • can you pls, kindly advise what people use it for?

  • Wonder whether this works with BT sports. Nord doesn't.

  • +1

works fine, but i found out you have to contact them to turn off auto renew, which is dodgy, cant just do it in account settings

  • Thanks OP, i just got a 2 year sub. Just waiting to confirm that my cashback was tracked. Was charged $82.29 for 2 years. Been looking for a VPN for a while now

    • Did you have to put the "CASHREWARDS" code in or was it automatically applied for you? when i go it says theres a coupon already applied but i haven't put in the cashback one EDIT got it done

    • Just got an email about cashback. Might be one of the cheapest things I've ever bought from an OzBargain post

    • Can you please confirm if the deal is getting 95% off 82.29 back? That’d make it a very smart deal.

      • +1

Yes it is. There's a discount + also cashback

I would avoid sSurfshark if you can, there are many other alternatives out there.

    https://youtu.be/9GvI_-Unn28

    • literally just got the 2 year sub. Maybe i'll use it for 29 days and cancel it lol

    • Pretty pathetic

    • What are the alternatives?

  • I got this and NordVPN Nord is a little quicker/better pings and I trust it more, in terms of everything else most servers dont work with US netflix on both VPNs atm but they both work great for browsing with a VPN and also mobile apps are great and easy to use.

Mains things to look for with a VPN are there logging policy there location IE outside the 14 eyes countries if its works for what you want P2P, Netflix and also speeds.

    • So…..would you cancel if you were in the 30 day trial ?

      • I got them for Netflix and privacy so i still have use for privacy and am hopeing one or both fix there netflix issue if not it cost about 10$ each for 2 years so am not fussed.

I did cancel WeVPN with there 30 day trial cause there smart DNS was unusable so slow.

NordVPN you can stop the auto renewal via the account but need to confirm few times and then again with the email surfshark make you contact them which I dont like.

        • Not that you'd know by any means, but i have it activated for Adelaide for the moment and for some reason my tinder is still searching in Melbourne lmao, any ideas?

    • Does Nord have auto-renewal and can you cancel that in the account settings ? I didn't realise how dodgy surfshark are by not making cancel autorenew possible in account settings like they are running a gym.

      • Yep they have an option in account settings to cancel auto renewel.

        • Yep also need to confirm by clicking link in email after.

  • Has anyone been able to avoid GST and gotten their cashback tracked?

    • Yes

  • Is there much difference by choosing a foreign currency or local AUD? I have a card with no international transaction fees so I don't mind foreign currencies, in case there's extra money to save lol

    • +1

Looks like purchasing in AUD just puts the USD price through PayPal (or whatever payment provider); they only show the AUD price as a guide

  • Doh missed out!
