Ethiopian Limu - Single Origin Coffee Beans on Sale for limited time only.
$39.99/kg
Hi OP, how does this compare to your Crema beans? I love the crema ones.
I just ordered the Mocha. Any difference as I like the Mocha very much. I tried the Crema and it is ok.
How long will these beans be available at this price? And do you roast daily before sending ?
I just ordered a new batch . I will have to get through them before I can order another pack. :(
Any one tried them before ? Wondering how they are compare with other known Ethiopian beans ?
Ordered, keen to try these out and see what they're like.
Hi
Very keen to order but it doesn't mention the intensity is it dark/medium or light
Thanks
I should have clarified this before ordering
Would these be suitable for espresso? Thanks in advance
Ordered, hopefully the coffee is good. I just wish there was some way of knowing they would ship with Fastway couriers before ordering as I would have gone elsewhere. They have to be one of the worst couriers.
Thanks I was about to order but if they use Fastway no thanks.
Can't respect any businesses who would choose to do business with Aramex/Fastway.
They made it roasted to dark to my taste, wasted 2kg of good beans. Regret ordering 2kg.
Don't like this coffee. It's lacking taste compared to the beans I have been using.
This deal is over a month old. Regardless the coffee was great, strong flavours of chocolate and fruit and was what I expected of an Ethiopian coffee. Out of interest what coffee are you saying was better, and what machine and grinder are you using?
I understand, just wanted to provide feedback, never know, anyone digging through the searches might find it useful :)
The ones that I've been cycling through so far are:
- Brazil Peaberry Single Origin (Lime Blue)
- Peru Single Origin (Lime Blue)
- Harris Smooth (from Supabarn)
- Ona Black Betty (my fav but try not to due to $$$$)
- Costco (beige bag) forgot the name of the brand but also great tasting for $$$$, 50% price of Ona but close to it's taste
I have been using a Breville - BCG820BSS - the Smart Grinder Pro for the last few years. And I 99% of the time I grind for plunger use.
Did you actually buy these beans ?
I agree with MaxximusD, coffee from these Agro beans is much worse than from other Ethiopean beans I tried before, I am using the same machine and grinder, do not buy new machine or grinder to suit every beans deal.
I actually did buy these. I don't drink plunger though, so I can't comment on that. I use a macap m4d grinder and a giove double boiler (e61 group) machine. Once dialed in I found these really good.
How much is it normally?
