I don't trust this company they lie.I had an issue with a booking telling me my trim was valued at $1170 at the Hilton when I rang them it was $310 . The comany offered me a further 10% discount.
If you know what your doing always book hotels directly all the major chains have BRG plus you earn FF points

I don't quite get the "Hyatt Hotel Canberra was AUD$650 Now AUD320$" example… you're offering the same rates as the hotel directly via Hyatt.com (e.g. On Sunday, March 4 - $295.00 for a Park King, $345.00 for a Park Deluxe, etc.). Am I doing something wrong? I don't see a deal here.
Update - you're also charging $40 more than Hyatt directly for a Club King on the same night! ($415 vs $375)
