$8.29 I think? I needed some playing cards so got some - cheers.

    • +9

glad you got a good 'deal'

    • +1

      Plus members get 17% off

      • That explains it; that 20c is paying for that plus membership here!

    • 416 pick up anyone?

    • +1

      No price 'jack'ing here

  • +13

Instead of 8 low quality decks better of byuying a couple good decks.
Amazon sell two bicycle decks, made in USA for $10

    • -3

I have both 'Bicycle' and 'Bee' cards and to be honest, there's not overall much difference between the 2 in my opinion. The bicycle cards are slightly more smoother but that's pretty much it

      • +4

more smoother that’s it right there worth it

        • +2

lol, just realised there is a difference between my 'Bee' cards and these 'BCG' Cards. They look very similar though. The 'Bee' Ones I have are real and great quality. These 'Bcg' Cards are more like china rip off's, not sure of the quality though. My bad

      • +2

It is BCG here, not BEE.

        • yes just realised, my bad

    • +4

I agree. I know a lot about cards and you cannot go wrong with any deck produced by the USPCC (Bicycle, tally ho, bee, etc).

    • I think this is a good deal, but I agree with this totally if you don't need several packs. These are very typical cheap plastic cards (I have 2 packs) and much less nice to use than good ones.

    • Agree, big difference in quality of the cards, particularly if you are looking to learn a few cards tricks/different shuffles

    • Thanks for this comment. I am actually looking for a (really) good quality deck of cards. Would you happen to have a link to the ones you recommend?

    • +1

I got 12 decks of bicycle brand from Costco a little while back, and they only cost ~$25. I've seen them on eBay for a bit more, but well worth it over cheap non-cushioned cards.

    • +1

Ended up ordering these instead of OP last night. Lol.

  • +1

If you don't need that many. I usually buy two decks (plastic coated) from Chinese store $2 .

    • +5

if you've ever touched 'proper' cards, yo'll hate plastic ones

      • +6

Get plastic ones for parties. Pouring alcohol on some bicycle cards hurt.

        • Yep, plastic cards are sooo much better than cardboard, in all situations.

  • Doesn't post to Northern Territory, WA regional or WA remote…………

  • How do these compare with the old plastic (not plastic coated) queens slipper cards? They used to be the more expensive of the 2 options at woollies back in the day. They were quite durable and lasted ages and resisted creasing. I was happy with all of that but these days it seems everyone is selling plastic coated

    • Plastic coated is cheaper. They will crease easier and any water harms the card.

      Plastic is the better option.

  • +2

How do you remove delivery cost? It's adding on 2.95 for delivery for me

  • Bought it. Now waiting for the lockdown to end.

  • A young guy made a video about this card and comparing them to the Bee cards. He also makes some nice card tricks.

  • Everyone considered him
    The coward of the county

  • +1

Being left handed I prefer cards with numbers printed in all 4 corners

  • Me: oh noes, no more blue!

Also me: reads "Doesn't post to Northern Territory", oh…mood unaffected..mood unaffected~

  • +4

Thought it was Bee at first, lol.

They designed their package this way to purposefully confuse people, not gonna support this kind of business.

  • Postage 2.95 to Perth

  • +4

    These not suited for magic

  • +1

Get air cushioned finish (eg Bicycles or actual Bees) if you're serious about card work. Plastic coated won't last long.

  • Just looking for cards to use in a shuffling machine for a fortnightly poker game. Would these suit?

  • +3

In case anyone missed the deal (out of stock now), you can try same coupon code for 10 deck option here. It works out around $11 for 10 decks https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/333696345647

  • +1

These are really horrible cards. You can’t do a one hand shuffle. Break really quickly. Better off getting official Bicycle.

    • +1

yes I agree, at first, I thought this was a great deal because it had the 'Bee' Logo but when I looked for a second time I realized these are a Chinese rip off called 'Bcg'

  • +2

These are Chinese fakes, not real Bee. They stink of plastic and don't feel the same as genuine Bees, but the quality isn't that bad. I'd rather have the genuine article though.

  • +1

I would take one pack of Bicycle Prestige Playing Cards over 200 packs of these cards.
