  • If anyone needs filament, their PLA+ is pretty good quality and very well priced. I purchased a 3 rolls from amaon recently and was very impressed.

    • agreed

  • Tempting!

Their Polaris resin printer is almost identical, and is cheaper: US$130 after discount (~AU$180).

At a quick look, the Proxima has "Assisted bed leveling system", the Polaris model doesn't mention this. There may be other differences. Anyone have experience with the Polaris model?

    • The proxima is a mono LCD screen which will last longer and would be worth the extra $30

      • Polaris is mono too:

LCD Screen Type 6-inch 2K Monochrome LCD

Edit: the "Tech Specs" listed under the Polaris are for "Model Proxima 6.0", they've incorrectly copied the specs from the Proxima page.

Polaris does have a colour LCD, says so lower on the page.

  • New to resin printers but have been printing fdm on a Prusa for awhile as a hobby.

Any particular point of comparison for their versus a AnyCubic Mono or Elgoo Mars equivalents?

Wondering if this would be good enough or I'll regret not getting something else later.

    • Check out the new elegoo 3 mars review

They don't seem that much more to go with an anycubic, elegoo or similar

Very tempting OP. Have been eyeing this model

Any chance of including 1L resin for me to seal the deal?

  • Thanks OP, got one - should be a good upgrade from my filament printer
